MAGALI CLAUDE::::

in The Wild Side, Claude claims to be on the “wild side,” the side of the oppressed, and manifests her admiration for those who began the liberation movements of the downtrodden. Claude, who is originally from Martinique, a French colony, and who now lives in France, becomes a member of this great family of liberators and rediscovers her own identity through this integration and alliance with others. in these “family portraits,” she inserts herself without ever having met these men and women; she simply joins them, traveling in time.
