Made in the Alppine village of Viganella, Italy, where sunlight does not fall for three months of each winter, this video honors the attitudes of those residents who question their local geographical and social circumstances in relation to what they know is possible in other places, and decide to change what has always been.  This video deals neither with exile nor with essentialist notions of home, it points instead to the brilliant possibilities for revelation and self-reinvention when we step away from what we think we know and who we think we are and look instead at where and how we actually are at this time.
